DSM 21097 spore strain of German manufacture

Bacillus subtilis – stable spore strain produced in Germany with decades of research tradition

The Bacillus subtilis strain used in our products is a spore-forming microorganism of German origin, whose microbiological properties have been scientifically investigated for over three decades. A significant portion of this fundamental research took place in Eastern Europe and Russia, where the strain was intensively characterized microbiologically over many years.

A Russian professor even dedicated her dissertation to this strain, researching its microbial properties for over eight years. This long-term scientific work now forms the documented basis for the technological application of this strain.

10 billion spores per capsule – precisely dosed & technologically stable

Our wording includes:

10 billion viable Bacillus subtilis spores per capsule
• optionally combined with Moringa or OPC (oligomeric proanthocyanidins)

Due to its natural spore form , Bacillus subtilis is particularly stable during storage and resistant to external influences such as heat, oxygen, and moisture. This ensures consistent microbiological quality throughout its entire shelf life .

Years of application experience

This product concept has been in continuous use for over 13 years and has been regularly used by a large number of users during this time. Its long-term market presence and stable demand demonstrate the continued interest in technologically stable microbial product concepts based on Bacillus subtilis .

Made in Germany – controlled production

The Bacillus subtilis strain used is:

Manufactured in Germany under controlled conditions
processed according to strict quality and hygiene standards
• regularly tested for identity, purity and spore stability

The combination of German manufacturing , documented origin history and extensive basic research ensures a high degree of product transparency and technological quality .

Combination with Moringa or OPC

The recipes can be optionally supplemented with:

Moringa – a plant-based ingredient with a long traditional use
OPC (oligomeric proanthocyanidins) – secondary plant compounds from grape seeds

These combinations were developed with a view to modern, technologically stable formulation concepts .

Scientific & legal notice

The information presented relates exclusively to:

• the microbiological properties of the strain
• its technological stability
• the long-term scientific study
• as well as controlled production

There are currently no approved health claims for Bacillus subtilis in the European Union within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006.
The research activities mentioned relate primarily to basic microbiological investigations and do not allow any statements about effects on humans .
