Delivery Times

Delivery usually takes 1 to 5 business days, depending on the destination country and product availability.
In all cases, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Orders are shipped via DHL.
Delivery to DHL Packstations, post offices and parcel lockers is available.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination country:

• Germany: €5.90

• EU countries: €8.90 (for the following EU countries: Netherlands, Austria, Finland, Spain, Czech Republic)

• Other EU countries: €8.90 – shipping is available only for orders with a minimum order value of €300 (Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Cyprus)

• Canary Islands: €12.90

• Switzerland: €12.90
(customs duties and import charges are the responsibility of the customer)

• United Kingdom: €12.90

• Worldwide: shipping available upon request
